it can be helpful to conduct a mental exercise where you meet with different versions of yourself in a “boardroom” – think of your younger, more vulnerable selves and your “highest”, more attuned selves; also consider the different *parts* of yourself. you might ask yourself the following questions:
1. What does each of you need to hear right now?
2. What have I been carrying for too long, and who asked me to carry it in the first place?
3. If I fully trusted that this was all going to work out, what would I do next?
4. Which version of me have I been ignoring, but they hold they key?
5. What have i been too afraid to say out loud because, once I do, it changes everything?
6. What does a version of me who’s already made it, who’s already figured it out, refuse to tolerate anymore?
